SeekFirst is built on trust. You own your account and everything in it — you can delete it at any time, and we'll honor that request fully.
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm, and your account is queued for deletion immediately.
Email privacy@getseekfirst.app from the address tied to your account with the subject “Account deletion request.”
Personal data is removed from active systems within 7 days. Encrypted backups roll off within 30 days, after which nothing tied to your account remains.
We keep a minimal, de-identified record of the deletion itself (timestamp and request ID), and any information required by law — for example, financial records tied to a purchase. These records are not linked to your identity.
