By downloading or using SeekFirst, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — but please don't use the app.
If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use SeekFirst.
SeekFirst is a prayer app that helps you focus by silencing chosen apps during a session. It's a tool to support a habit — not a replacement for your own intention.
We may add, change, or remove features as the app grows. We'll do our best to make those changes for the better.
Keep your login details safe and use accurate information. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.
Use SeekFirst for its purpose. Don't try to break, copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its servers, and don't use it to harm others.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other members at risk.
The core of SeekFirst — prayer and blocking — is free. Some optional features may be offered as a paid subscription.
Paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until you cancel. You manage and cancel them in your store account; store refund policies apply.
SeekFirst, its name, the emblem, and its design are ours and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app — nothing more.
Anything you create in the app stays yours. You give us only the limited permission we need to run the service for you.
App blocking relies on permissions your device's operating system provides, and those have limits we don't control. We can't promise an app will be silenced in every case.
SeekFirst offers spiritual content for encouragement. It is not professional, medical, or mental-health advice. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a qualified person or service.
SeekFirst is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited to your needs.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SeekFirst and its team aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Some places don't allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.
You can stop using SeekFirst and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we need to for legal or security reasons.
We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll post the new version here and move the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll give you notice in the app or by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SeekFirst is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Specific governing law and venue will be set before launch.
